Feedsoft® has been a great tool for me. I have used it with students for practical exercises in aqua feed formulation and to design commercial and experimental diets for shrimp and fish. What I like most about Feedsoft® is the friendly interface which allows me to quickly add a complete ingredient matrix in minutes. As opposed to many other commercially available formulation software, annual license renewal is not required in Feedsoft®. Whenever a problem arises, guys in Texas provide an almost instant feedback. I recommend Feedsoft® for both beginners and experienced nutritionists.

Feedsoft® is user friendly and does a great job of handling the formulation requirements of most enterprises. Formulas are easily exported to Word or Excel.

I have been using Feedsoft® for the last six years, and quite impressed with it. I consult for several feed manufacturers located around the globe. I also need to formulate feeds for a research program that I manage. Feedsoft® allows me to set up multiple clients within the program so that ingredients can be managed independently. If required, I can also move the ingredients from one location to another. Another big advantage is that the program accepts .CSV files to update nutrient composition of ingredients. This facility allows frequent updates of nutrient composition of ingredients which results in accurate formulation. The intuitive and user-friendly interface is the best of all, and relieves you from the grief of handling IBM Main Frame era formulation software.
I have been holding off buying a Mac because of my concern that I had to run Feedsoft® on a partition. I don’t have that concern any longer now that Feedsoft® runs on the Mac.

Feedsoft® is very economical and excellent least cost formulation available in the market today. I would highly recommend if you need efficient, multi-client handler and user friendly feed formulation. I am using from last five years and other impressive factor is it is easy to transfer in Word and Excel files with excellent sales after service.
