With the purchase of any Feedsoft® product you will receive a 1 year subscription of Feedsoft®’s customer Premium Support which includes the following features:
Product Updates:
Your Feedsoft® software will install automatic product updates which will help you keep your version of Feedsoft® current at all times. Advantages of receiving product updates include receiving software improvements for the current version of your software, immediate access to product enhancements when they are developed, and receiving up-to-date knowledge of our latest product releases to include new product notifications.
Product updates refer to the same version, which you own, and newer or different versions of your software are not included with this support package. Product support begins at date of purchase and will expire in one calendar year unless renewed.
Unlimited Email Support:
Unlimited e-mail communication from our product support team. Our goal is to promptly answer your questions, help you trouble shoot any issues, and give you advice to help you make the most of your new software.
Live Support!
Feedsoft® now offers a Live Support feature, which allows you to send an instant message to one of our Account Specialists whenever you see that they are on-line. The new Live Support option, which is located on every page of our website, is another quick and convenient way that you can ask a question and chat about our products and services with our customer support staff.
Custom Training & Support
Feedsoft® recognizes that some clients may be in unique situations that require a customized level of support. For those clients who may need additional services or features to any Feedsoft® software edition we offer individualized on-site training and consulting services so we can tailor our software packages to meet our clients’ needs.
